My family and I have been customers for years of OTA and we have always had excellent experiences. They are great with giving a quote and work hard to complete the repair as quickly as possible. I appreciate the family atmosphere that they have and all the ways they have gone out of the way to help when needed. Even with a follow up call to make sure all was ok. I had a wonderful experience at OTA. Joe was very kind and friendly. They had my car done way before I expected and they didn't try to upsell me like most places. Their prices are extremely fair and I was very happy with the service. I think I have finally found a place I can trust . I have always wanted to be able to have a mechanic that I can use all the time that I was comfortable with and I think I have found that in OTA.

I don't usually leave reviews unless the service I had was exceptional from the time that I dropped off the car till the time I had picked it up I was notified every step of the way by Cody the service was great prices were very reasonable I had quite a few things that needed to be fixed everything was done correctly and exactly how I had asked car was done before the original pick up date which worked out well for me I also got a text from Phil to ensure that there was no problems and that I was satisfied with the service that was done I did appreciate the follow-up and that goes a long way for me thanks again guys great job I will recommend OTA to friends and family

The staff here is great. They’re friendly, fair and they do great work. I had a lot of work done on both of my cars recently and they’ve earned a level of trust with me that I don’t even question what they tell me needs to be done. I don’t usually write reviews but you have to give credit where credit is due. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second recommending OTA to friends and family.
